Every watch we sell comes with a guarantee of authenticity. We have a rigorous process of authentication which extends beyond the authentication process and includes performance testing of the watches we sell. This comes with inherent piece of mind that when you purchase from us, the watches are not just guaranteed authentic, but they’re also tested for timekeeping and waterproofness (as applicable) prior to advertising.

Following as below are some of the checks we may complete on our watches before we sell:

• The watches are sourced from our trusted partner network which are reputed businesses of the industry.
• We inspect the finer details of the watch upon receiving, which includes an in-depth inspection of the dial, the movement, bracelet, clasp and the finer components.
• The watch is tested and verified using sophisticated and modern Swiss machines that we have available in-house. This includes:
  • Watch movement health check which includes its movement timekeeping/accuracy, amplitude a
  • Upon authentication and examination, a pressure testing is completed to evaluate its water resistance
  • Watch is examined visually under a loupe to inspect finer details. This is further complemented by a high-tech microscopic inspection that allows us to zoom the components in.
    • Our advanced tools allow us to zoom the watch components to up to 250X, separating any potential counterfeit and fake watches or parts from authentic, adding a layer of security.

We encourage and welcome our customers to authenticate the watches when they purchase and receive it from us. Our Returns Policy is that you can return any watch you purchase from us within 01 day if you find any issues or if the watch is not as we described or advertised it to be and receive a refund.
